Since I transitioned Noah over to raw food, they have been nothing but informative and supportive, answering my 10000 questions, always delivering right on time, fresh and packaged lovely. The shop itself in Dubai is amazing too, greeted with wonderful, kind and happy staff. Nothing is ever too much for them to do - they are always there at the end of WhatsApp and want the best for your pets! I don't know what I'd do without Furchild!! We LOVE Furchild… can’t recommend them enough!!! It has been exactly a year since we switched Neo to Furchild and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Their meals are of the highest quality made with the right blend of meat and veggies. We noticed his fur is softer and whiter, smaller and has better immunity. They even have something to keep the gut intact such as Organic Pumpkin Puree, Organic & Grass-fed Green Tripe and Raw Goat Milk Kefir. Then there are the treats and the Himalayan Chew, excellent sources for training and keeping the pups busy. Neo loves going to their store to select his food and get loads of hugs and cuddles from everyone there. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will spend any amount of time to satisfy all your queries. The food comes in convenient easy-to-serve packaging and delivery and customer service is prompt. A must-visit for every fur-parent - you won’t regret it!!

Furchild has completely changed my perspective on pet food. Ever since I started my cats on raw meals, their poops have been regular, less smelly, and considerably smaller. They are super active and are always excited about mealtime. They absolutely love all the Freeze-dried Treats (Minnow's being a family favourite) and they have been very useful in training them. My vet is constantly surprised at how well-maintained their weight is and how clean their teeth are (courtesy of the freeze-dried chicken necks). When I rescued Nikko, her coat was coarse and dull from being on the streets, but now her fur is so soft and her colour is richer, so much so that people can see the difference just through an image. I consider the food advisors as an extension of my family! I love how they send me reminders for their meals and are always willing to answer all my queries, small or big. I'm so very glad I found Furchild! I have been rescuing cats for many years but never adopted my own because my lifestyle never allowed me to be a fur mum. Fast forward to now, I have three furchild daughters (while I only intended to keep one). I am responsible fully and completely for their health and wellbeing so I started educating myself on how to feed them and heal them best, species-appropriate and holistically. I myself lead as much as I can a non-toxic lifestyle. I use non-toxic bio-friendly detergents, natural fabrics from beds to rugs to curtains, natural fragrances and oils and even furniture. See how perfectly Furchild fits into my family life now!
Starting from the packaging which is recyclable to the actual array of organic cat and dog foods and fabulous toppers (Freeze-dried snacks, frozen ocean whole Fish, Kefirs, Milk and many more). The more I educated myself on cat-specific dietary requirements the more I couldn't find anything suitable from a regular pet shop. Whatever relatively acceptable I found had been rejected by my daughters.
I started them on the Furchild Cage-free Chicken recipe and during colder months they enjoyed it with gently warmed-up Furchild Organic Chicken Broth. We also introduced raw frozen Sardines and Anchovies and they have been devoured with joy in (too) large quantities. When the outside temperature increased my cats were not keen on broth anymore so I thought of introducing Kefir. This has been an absolute hit and came in so handy when my youngest daughter experienced some post-spay complications and was put on antibiotics. What I also noticed is after only one bottle of Kefir my youngest daughter's mouth and breath became very clean and fresh! In general though after introducing raw food their stool hardly ever has an unpleasant odour and they smell like little babies all over from the nose tip to the tail tip and all in between. It had been a good few months of our relationship with Furchild and it's only getting better. Each time we visit the store the staff is always ready to answer most probably the same questions we always have, again. They have great knowledge but also patience, a very high level of customer service but also genuine care for animals. If you visit just to look at them when you share anything about your Furchild and you will see every little and big pet matters for them, every story you tell is heard. They never get tired of you complaining that your furchildren are fussy, they always suggest solutions, and they mention your children by name. All these things make it so much easier to not only transition your children from commercial food but also persevere in pursuit of the healthiest diet and life for my children. Thank you Furchild for making so much effort to create the best nutrition for our furry family members.

Within days I began to see changes in her skin and coat health, and she regained her energy and zest for life. Within a matter of weeks, she gained weight and no longer looked malnourished. Thanks to her Furchild diet, Lily is a happy healthy cat, with a soft and silky coat, the litter box is a breeze to clean and thanks to her love for freeze-dried Chicken Necks she has great dental health. The easy open packaging is a highlight for me - they're secure but don't make a big mess when you try to open them and they're easy to store on a door shelf of the fridge.

My boy was a tiny small kitten dumped in the streets, dehydrated, malnourished, ear mites and calicivirus positive with ulcers in one of his eyes. He refused to eat kibble and would generally show no interest in commercial cat food until I tried your Furchild Meals. He was so in love with Furchild, it changed his health magnificently! He started to gain weight, more active, his coat turned beautiful and shiny. And the best part was that he responded to the treatment so well. Psotka is 1.5yrs old. She was used to breed puppies. She was abused, neglected and VERY malnutrition.
The condition of her teeth, gums, and jawbone was absolutely out of this world! She went into an emergency dental surgery 48hrs after I got her.
She had blood tests that showed overwhelming infection. Her kidneys and liver didn't work properly.
She was in such a critical condition that she couldn't be dewormed or vaccinated at the time... she wasn't opening her mouth, licking, yawning, cleaning herself... it was just a terrible sight.
The moment she came into our home she was given Furchild Meals, just like my other pets.
I have incorporated Golden Goat Milk Kefir with Turmeric and Ginger, Green Tripe, probiotics and digestive enzymes into her diet (all from Furchild).
Within just days she started to get better. Her urine changed from just a few, orange drops to "normal looking pee". I took her for another blood test recently and she has completely recovered from the infection and her liver and kidney function returned to normal. Gums and jaws infection went away completely!!!
She had burned paws and her nails were white/dry/crumbling... (yes...she lived outside!!!) I thought it was a yeast infection but it turned out she was so dehydrated and malnutritioned that her nails were looking really out of comprehension! Even nail quick was just not looking right... today, 18 days after starting Furchild meals, toppers and supplements Psotka is healthy, happy and absolutely enjoys her life!
Thanks to Furchild she has recovered extremely fast and without medical treatment... food is the medicine!!!

Overall all my doggies and kitties are very healthy. They have been eating only Furchild Meals!
I'd like to mention a few dog care products I have used from Furchild that became absolute essentials in my everyday doggy care; Skin Soother from Natural Dog Company, Itchy Bar Soap and Hush Calming Spray from Dermadog.
These are just the best dog care products I ever used! Aromatherapy for all!

The staff especially Sharon, was knowledgeable and so helpful. She explained in detail what the food allergy test meant, went above and beyond to ensure that the Meals she suggested for our dog were right for him. She answered so many of our questions and continued to check in with him. Our dog is a picky eater, but with the Furchild Meals, he runs to his bowl and licks them clean. The change in him has been nothing short of incredible. His patches of hair have grown back where he lost it from his previous diet, his coat is shiny, his yeast infections in his ear has cleared up and he has not had a cyst between his paws since being on their food. I HIGHLY recommend Furchild for their meals and also because of the amazing service that we have and still continue to receive.

Pascal is fitter than ever, especially in the heat of UAE summer. He even sleeps better and his fur is soft and shiny. The variety of main meat dishes is great and Pascal enjoys it with little extras like Freeze-dried Shrimps or Minnows and of course the Goat Milk Kefir ice cube with a blueberry hidden inside. The team is really great and very helpful and it is a joy for us both. I can only recommend Furchild to every Furparent who want to do something good for their one and only Furchild.

I saw results very quickly, as one of my cats has a delicate stomach and always used to vomit his food and his poo was always runny. This all stopped immediately! All their poo was firm and much smaller. Our visit to the vet for two of my two-year-old cat's booster vaccinations was the biggest compliment and confirmation of how amazing the raw food is. The vet marvelled at their beautiful teeth and their gorgeous sleek fur, saying what great condition they were in and asked what I was feeding them. Furchilds raw food all the way!
