Starting my darling Jackie on Furchild food has 100% been the best thing we’ve ever made for her.
When she came into our lives she wasn’t properly cared for and carried a lot of extra weight for such a little dog. She has quite a long body and short legs and carried the weight on her belly so I was very worried about future back and hip issues.
We’re very active but despite a lot of exercise she still wasn’t dropping the weight like we’d expected. She was on a mostly dry food diet which was advised by a vet because again, when she came to us her teeth were in very bad shape.
A different vet recommended Furchild to us on a whim one day so we thought we’d try it.
Immediately she took to it (although she has never been fussy with food).
I had to go home for a few weeks just as she started so she was with my husband on her new food for a few weeks.
When I got back to Dubai I couldn’t believe who I saw!! This petit little dog with such a beautiful shiny coat and loads more energy. The contrast was incredible.
Since starting Furchild’s yummy food, Jackie has lost just over 1kg and is now officially considered ‘ideal weight’. She sheds considerably less, sleeps better, is much more playful, her poops are smaller and she’s overall such a happier dog.
The saying ‘you are what you eat’ has never resonated with me so strongly. Thank you Furchild, you’ve changed my Jackie’s life for the better.

Furchild raw diet has been excellent for my Miss Daisy. She is my 4-year-old English Cocker Spaniel with a very sensitive tummy. Previous to giving her the raw food she was constantly having bouts of IBS! And very unpredictable poops. Daisy has been on a raw diet for several months now and the improvement in her coat condition and her daily toilet activity is so much better! She has managed to lose the extra weight she had gained and is now sitting on a perfect weight for her breed and age. I particularly love how convenient ordering Furchild meals is for Daisy. I regularly get a call or text from Chris and the team to check if I’d like to re-order for a further 2 months. They deliver to Sharjah with 1 day's notice and have accommodating hours of delivery too. Best of all is Miss Daisy loves the food and I know the quality is excellent!

My Ruby is a 10-year-old cat that ate dry food most of her life. I transitioned her from dry to wet food a few months ago… she was a little overweight and lazy all the time, but I thought it was because she got old… until I recently changed her diet to raw food, all the things I noticed, were her hair doesn’t fall, she looks healthier and fitter, she plays and interacts. Her litter box doesn’t smell, I am so happy I chose Furchild for my baby’s diet.
I also have a 10-month-old kitten who ate wet food most of his life, but I’ve seen a BIG DIFFERENCE in his health as well, he was so much more active and gained a healthy weight because he was thin, and ate more raw than the wet food. I love my babies and I love Furchild, I am already telling all pet parents I know about it, my pet’s health is so worth it. Thank you.

We transitioned our dog Lenka to Furchild a few months ago and the difference has been huge! She used to pick at her food, sometimes eating everything and other times, hardly touching it. She’s a thin dog so every meal counts. She was on a hypoallergenic diet because of skin irritation to other foods. We tried Furchild hoping it would encourage her to eat every meal but were worried her skin wouldn’t agree with it. Thankfully, it’s been brilliant! Every meal disappears quickly, her coat is silky (bonus) and she’s put on the weight she’s needed for a long time!

Furchild has been great for my pup. I was introduced by a friend and did not know about raw feeding before. Safe to say it was super easy to transition Toby because he absolutely loves it! The ease of use is a big factor too because all you need to do is defrost and feed. Moreover, I have definitely noticed a difference in his coat now being shiny and softer. Would 10/10 recommend it. Their meals are of the highest quality made with the right blend of meat and veggies. We noticed his fur is softer and whiter, smaller and has better immunity. They even have something to keep the gut intact such as Organic Pumpkin Puree, Organic & Grass-fed Green Tripe and Raw Goat Milk Kefir. Then there are the treats and the Himalayan Chew, excellent sources for training and keeping the pups busy. Neo loves going to their store to select his food and get loads of hugs and cuddles from everyone there. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will spend any amount of time to satisfy all your queries. The food comes in convenient easy-to-serve packaging and delivery and customer service is prompt. A must-visit for every fur-parent - you won’t regret it!!

I rescued my French Bulldog, Billy, in November. He was in a really bad state with a severe ear infection and bad skin issues. He also was a really fussy eater and didn't like the dry food I'd originally got for him. He absolutely loves Furchild, he eats the beef flavour. I really believe this food helped Billy with his recovery from his problems at the start. The staff are so helpful and have suggested other things for Billy such as the raw Duck Necks. Furchild has completely changed my perspective on pet food. Ever since I started my cats on raw meals, their poops have been regular, less smelly, and considerably smaller. They are super active and are always excited about mealtime. They absolutely love all the Freeze-dried Treats (Minnow's being a family favourite) and they have been very useful in training them. My vet is constantly surprised at how well-maintained their weight is and how clean their teeth are (courtesy of the freeze-dried chicken necks). When I rescued Nikko, her coat was coarse and dull from being on the streets, but now her fur is so soft and her colour is richer, so much so that people can see the difference just through an image. I consider the food advisors as an extension of my family! I love how they send me reminders for their meals and are always willing to answer all my queries, small or big. Furchil is hands done the best raw dog food supplier and cat food supplier in the UAE.

Fast forward to now, I have three furchild daughters (while I only intended to keep one). I am responsible fully and completely for their health and wellbeing so I started educating myself on how to feed them and heal them best, species-appropriate and holistically. I myself lead as much as I can a non-toxic lifestyle. I use non-toxic bio-friendly detergents, natural fabrics from beds to rugs to curtains, natural fragrances and oils and even furniture. See how perfectly Furchild fits into my family life now!
Starting from the packaging which is recyclable to the actual array of organic cat and dog foods and fabulous toppers (Freeze-dried snacks, frozen ocean whole Fish, Kefirs, Milk and many more). The more I educated myself on cat-specific dietary requirements the more I couldn't find anything suitable from a regular pet shop. Whatever relatively acceptable I found had been rejected by my daughters.
I started them on the Furchild Cage-free Chicken recipe and during colder months they enjoyed it with gently warmed-up Furchild Organic Chicken Broth. We also introduced raw frozen Sardines and Anchovies and they have been devoured with joy in (too) large quantities. When the outside temperature increased my cats were not keen on broth anymore so I thought of introducing Kefir. This has been an absolute hit and came in so handy when my youngest daughter experienced some post-spay complications and was put on antibiotics. What I also noticed is after only one bottle of Kefir my youngest daughter's mouth and breath became very clean and fresh! In general though after introducing raw food their stool hardly ever has an unpleasant odour and they smell like little babies all over from the nose tip to the tail tip and all in between. It had been a good few months of our relationship with Furchild and it's only getting better. Each time we visit the store the staff is always ready to answer most probably the same questions we always have, again. They have great knowledge but also patience, a very high level of customer service but also genuine care for animals. If you visit just to look at them when you share anything about your Furchild and you will see every little and big pet matters for them, every story you tell is heard. They never get tired of you complaining that your furchildren are fussy, they always suggest solutions, and they mention your children by name. All these things make it so much easier to not only transition your children from commercial food but also persevere in pursuit of the healthiest diet and life for my children. Thank you Furchild for making so much effort to create the best nutrition for our furry family members.
