Furchild’s customer service has always been very good. They are always ready to answer questions and solve queries. My little girl Diamond has been on Furchild for almost 1 year and the changes I have noticed are that she has more energy, she enjoys eating and her digestive system is much calmer. I would highly recommend giving Furchild a try!

My French bulldog had been suffering from severe allergies for several years, and the only option provided by the veterinarian was steroids, which caused her to gain a significant amount of weight. However, since commencing Furchild a few months ago, my dog has been happier than ever. Her allergies have ceased, and she has successfully reduced to a healthy weight. She absolutely adores the food, and I only wish that I had tried Furchild earlier. The customer service is exceptionally personalized, and I never have to be concerned about anything!

My boy Oro was 2 months old when we brought him home. He was on a wet food (with gravy) diet and we started noticing hair loss and lack of lustre of his coat. So we shifted to a raw meal diet with the guidance of experts from Furchild and it was one of the best decisions ever. Also, we started on their frozen chicken necks and bone marrow for his dental hygiene. Now he gets regularly complimented for his coat and teeth and my beautiful baby boy is at his happiest !!! I just got my starter packs for my dog and 4 cats and I am excited to see the transition. The staff are all friendly and accommodating as they explain the instructions to first-timers like me. Furchild raw diet has been excellent for my Miss Daisy. She is my 4-year-old English Cocker Spaniel with a very sensitive tummy. Previous to giving her the raw food she was constantly having bouts of IBS! And very unpredictable poops. Daisy has been on a raw diet for several months now and the improvement in her coat condition and her daily toilet activity is so much better! She has managed to lose the extra weight she had gained and is now sitting on a perfect weight for her breed and age. I particularly love how convenient ordering Furchild meals is for Daisy. I regularly get a call or text from Chris and the team to check if I’d like to re-order for a further 2 months. They deliver to Sharjah with 1 day's notice and have accommodating hours of delivery too. Best of all is Miss Daisy loves the food and I know the quality is excellent!

I genuinely believe in raw feeding for my pets, used to do it myself, but currently don't have the time to prep the meals, so this is the next best thing. My cat absolutely loves it she didn't fuss about it. The treats are great too, so I would suggest u buy the starter kit, which they offer at a great price, and make sure to buy your pet some of the treats as well. You can also add a probiotic to it, but it's not a must. The staff are super helpful and will give you all the help you need on how to get your pet started on the raw food.
