When I first heard about raw feeding, I wasn’t convinced. All the talk about how it changes your dog’s poo, improves their health, and keeps them chewing for hours sounded a bit far-fetched. But after switching my dog, Nala, to Furchild, I’ve seen the benefits firsthand and it’s incredible.
Nala’s weight is much healthier now, and she’s noticeably happier. She doesn’t waste a single bite of food, and the raw chews, especially the Himalayan chew, keep her busy for hours. Her digestion has improved dramatically- her poo is firm, easy to clean up, and no longer runny. She’s also obsessed with the treats and fresh raw fish they provide.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team was there for every question I had during the transition (and there were plenty). I was sending photos, videos, and WhatsApp messages multiple times a day, and they were always responsive, patient, and helpful. Their attention to detail is more than 100%.
Furchild has made the entire process seamless, and the results with Nala have been amazing. If you’re considering raw feeding, I’d highly recommend them.

It comes completely frozen in useable blocks so we only defrost what we need at the time, you can see the high quality of the meat when you open it. We brown ours very lightly for Buddy as he prefers it that way and but that’s purely a personal preference.
He is much healthier for such a great diet and we would highly recommend Furchild to anyone - his favourite is the lamb treats!

Tula my Himalayan cat was the first to transition to a raw diet after she suffered with a serious liver problem. This was the best decision I ever made as she has absolutely thrived on her raw-fed diet, especially loving the organic beef and the freeze dried Green Lipped Mussels. Her coat is beautifully shiny and so soft.
Cali has only eaten a raw food diet after arriving in Dubai. Bichon Frise as a breed can be fussy dogs when it comes to meal times, but that definitely has never applied to Cali. We introduced a lick mat in an effort to slow down her eating but she still consumed her dinner in under a minute.
There are so many food options and healthy freeze dried treats available.
Definitely a favourite are the Himalayan dog chews, great for keeping her teeth clean and her occupied!
The customer support is excellent, any questions or concerns are immediately answered with excellent nutritional advice from all the team.
Ordering is so easy and scheduling delivery times made very simple.
It's really the best gift you could give your fur babies a healthy balanced nutritious diet.

They first surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift for our Goldie, a box full of toys! And as soon as I opened the turkey package our puppy smashed it in no time!
Their customer service from the very beginning to the delivery of food is top-notch and the best in Dubai. They are not just customer-focused but are also knowledgeable and intelligent.
It is clear to me that owners are fully vested in the business and not cutting corners on the quality of meat, production and overall experience. It feels like they know and care for all of their customers and their pets and have high operating standards across the board.

The treats are great too, so I would suggest u buy the starter kit, which they offer at a great price, and make sure to buy your pet some of the treats as well. You can also add a probiotic to it, but it's not a must. The staff are super helpful and will give you all the help you need on how to get your pet started on the raw food.

No more upset stomach, he’s enjoying his food, better fur, no problem with digesting and it’s helping him to stay in shape. My dog’s health is my top priority and Furchild is an amazing helper. Since I transitioned Noah over to raw food, they have been nothing but informative and supportive, answering my 10000 questions, always delivering right on time, fresh and packaged lovely. The shop itself in Dubai is amazing too, greeted with wonderful, kind and happy staff. Nothing is ever too much for them to do - they are always there at the end of WhatsApp and want the best for your pets! I don't know what I'd do without Furchild!! The ease of use is a big factor too because all you need to do is defrost and feed. Moreover, I have definitely noticed a difference in his coat now being shiny and softer. Would 10/10 recommend it. Their meals are of the highest quality made with the right blend of meat and veggies. We noticed his fur is softer and whiter, smaller and has better immunity. They even have something to keep the gut intact such as Organic Pumpkin Puree, Organic & Grass-fed Green Tripe and Raw Goat Milk Kefir. Then there are the treats and the Himalayan Chew, excellent sources for training and keeping the pups busy. Neo loves going to their store to select his food and get loads of hugs and cuddles from everyone there. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will spend any amount of time to satisfy all your queries. The food comes in convenient easy-to-serve packaging and delivery and customer service is prompt. A must-visit for every fur-parent - you won’t regret it!!

I rescued my French Bulldog, Billy, in November. He was in a really bad state with a severe ear infection and bad skin issues. He also was a really fussy eater and didn't like the dry food I'd originally got for him. He absolutely loves Furchild, he eats the beef flavour. I really believe this food helped Billy with his recovery from his problems at the start. The staff are so helpful and have suggested other things for Billy such as the raw Duck Necks. We love Furchild! As a first-time pet parent in UAE, I always desire to give the best for my dog because "they are family". I honestly switched Sami's food three times for the first 3 months of having him longing to find the best diet for him. After our research, we are lucky to find Furchild Pet Nutrition. Sami started with their balanced Meals and he loved it. Me too, as a pet parent, I love Furchild because I can see that my dog is now living the healthiest life he deserves.
We are now adding other Furchild's products too like Toppers, Hydrators & Premium Treats which I am also using to make some nice and cute treats for him. I even use Furchild products in baking cupcakes!
