I left an inquiry and got around 2-3 calls but everytime they’d call i’d be super busy.
On the 4th call, a guy named Chris got in touch with me. He was absolutely amazing. He explained to me the benefits, the correct approach, the types of meal plans and foods appropriate for my cat, and he also told me about his own experiences which i really needed to hear because we related on that level and he pretty much covered all my concerns.
This type of support is extremely crucial for people like me and I work in Sales - This guy was darn GOOD. Yes, I’m looking for great solutions for my cat but HECK if chris wasn’t so good i probably would have not moved ahead!
If you’re looking for actual real support - Furchild is your go to! Insane support.
I’m yet to try out their meal plans but will be posting another review after testing it out with my cat for a month.

She clearly really enjoys the food. And I have definitely noticed a difference, particularly when she goes to the bathroom of every bad smell which is great for an indoor cat! She also loves the treats that Furchild offers.
The customer service from Chris is amazing and he is very informative and clearly knows a lot about cats (and I’m sure dogs too!) So he gives me very helpful advice and ideas and they are also very attentive on the WhatsApp chat.
I would recommend Furchild to everyone! Thank you so much!

Now being on the chosen raw diet for a couple months now her digestion has become a lot healthier and more efficient, her fur is looking wonderful, and her energy levels are fantastic. At times I love to add a chicken neck for crunch, or some bone broth for extra nutrients and Furchild certainly has a wide range of toppers and treats to give your pet variety. As a side note, you can see the company truly wants the best for all pets and their customer service is outstanding- always warm and curious of your pets welfare. Keep going team, thank you!

Our little kitten which was found in an Adnoc petrol station ate all kinds of wrong foods and the wet food was upsetting his stomach, after giving him a small amount of raw he was so happy and content that he did not walk us up for food and his bowl is perfect. The treats are great too, so I would suggest u buy the starter kit, which they offer at a great price, and make sure to buy your pet some of the treats as well. You can also add a probiotic to it, but it's not a must. The staff are super helpful and will give you all the help you need on how to get your pet started on the raw food.

My Ruby is a 10-year-old cat that ate dry food most of her life. I transitioned her from dry to wet food a few months ago… she was a little overweight and lazy all the time, but I thought it was because she got old… until I recently changed her diet to raw food, all the things I noticed, were her hair doesn’t fall, she looks healthier and fitter, she plays and interacts. Her litter box doesn’t smell, I am so happy I chose Furchild for my baby’s diet.
I also have a 10-month-old kitten who ate wet food most of his life, but I’ve seen a BIG DIFFERENCE in his health as well, he was so much more active and gained a healthy weight because he was thin, and ate more raw than the wet food. I love my babies and I love Furchild, I am already telling all pet parents I know about it, my pet’s health is so worth it. Thank you.

They are super active and are always excited about mealtime. They absolutely love all the Freeze-dried Treats (Minnow's being a family favourite) and they have been very useful in training them. My vet is constantly surprised at how well-maintained their weight is and how clean their teeth are (courtesy of the freeze-dried chicken necks). When I rescued Nikko, her coat was coarse and dull from being on the streets, but now her fur is so soft and her colour is richer, so much so that people can see the difference just through an image. I consider the food advisors as an extension of my family! I love how they send me reminders for their meals and are always willing to answer all my queries, small or big. Ellie is the sweetest girl you can meet, she's a 2-year-old Arabian Mau rescued from the streets of Abu Dhabi yet there's one thing making her life tough - she's a super allergic cat. Her allergy test is red for almost everything and she got horrible skin conditions because of this.
Back in November (as the last resort) my vet advised me to switch her to the raw diet and recommended Furchild. Here I found not only great support but also amazing expertise of consultants guiding me through transition! Thank you so much!
Now Ellie and her new little brother Sim (only 11 weeks old) are loving their raw meals and treats from Furchild! A great journey so far.

The easy open packaging is a highlight for me - they're secure but don't make a big mess when you try to open them and they're easy to store on a door shelf of the fridge.

My boy was a tiny small kitten dumped in the streets, dehydrated, malnourished, ear mites and calicivirus positive with ulcers in one of his eyes. He refused to eat kibble and would generally show no interest in commercial cat food until I tried your Furchild Meals. He was so in love with Furchild, it changed his health magnificently! He started to gain weight, more active, his coat turned beautiful and shiny. And the best part was that he responded to the treatment so well. Now he’s a healthy boy who wouldn’t eat anything except Furchild raw. ?

I highly recommend Furchild to anyone who wants to improve their cat’s immune system. My cat used to have flu, running eyes and a stuffy nose along with being lethargic. He would get well for a couple of weeks after a vet visit and medications, but the flu keeps coming back and he keeps going back to the vet, so I decided to change his diet and started feeding him Furchild. I could see changes in him within a week. He became active, playful and definitely happier, also he doesn’t have flu anymore.

Our dog Lacey had some severe allergies, and the team was excellent at recommending what she could have to ensure she was living a healthy life. I’ve struggled with the nutrition of my kittens for a few months with frequent stomach and digestive issues. Many vet bills later I’ve been recommended to use Furchild. I started reading about the brand and then I went to the shop and bought treats and snacks. The moment I came home and I made my babies try them they were jumping and they were excited and happy trying the new snacks and they kept asking for more. The next day I’ve decided to start the meal plan. The transition time was 10 days but my kittens transitioned to 100% furchild within 6-7 days. They were screaming for more.
My kittens are happier in their skin, their fur is much softer and shining. They look healthier and it makes my heart full to see they are finally ok with their nutrition after many months of suffering from stomach issues. Furchild made a big difference. So happy you guys exist and cannot have my kittens eat anything else. You are truly unique. From the food to the staff, a big round of applause. Benz and Maze love you so much!!

Maya is a rescue cat, she's a 1-year-old Himalayan cat whose sole purpose was to breed. Her condition at that time was disturbing, fur was deteriorating, underweight, cannot walk properly and we were told that she was caged her whole life. We tried different types of pet food brands for a couple of months then we found Furchild then the rest is history for our princess, her fur is full and thick, ACTIVE (never a dull moment when playing), and less poop that does not smell bad. I have tried their Cage-free Chicken and Free-range Turkey Treats and my baby loved it!!

He doesn’t have to worry about his weight (because of his breed) but I have noticed that he’s lost his Covid weight and is as muscular as ever with this new addition of raw and his exercise routine. Serving recommendation: He likes his Meal slightly frozen (like a raw doggy ice cream) so I take it out of the freezer in the morning and stick it in the fridge. By evening, it’s perfect for him to gobble it up.

We tried Furchild for a month to try and see which of the proteins she was best comfortable with, and eventually took a meal plan with Furchild.
Mia has never been happier to eat her meals and now after only 3 months, we can already see vast improvements in her fur coat (very soft) and her energy levels.
We love how excited Mia is every time its mealtime and would recommend Furchild to all new pet parents.

After getting a new puppy and weeks of trying different foods, Furchild was just what she needed. She wouldn’t eat wet food or dry food and only eat one piece at a time from my hand. After switching to Furchild she eats all three meals a day as looks forward to mealtime. We’re so happy that she is eating and growing as well as the health aspects of raw food. She suffered from a skin condition for about 4 weeks and after medication it has now cleared up, I’m sure switching to raw food has also helped with this. We will definitely be continuing to use Furchild and would 100% recommend to anyone suffering with a fussy eater or wanting to ensure they give the best to their fur-babies.

I had to shift him to kibble for a few months (COVID-19's financial impact) and he constantly had difficulties digesting the kibble. As soon as I started feeding Furchild again, everything went back to normal.
I can't recommend enough for a healthy and happy puppy, who is super excited about his food bowl every day!
The team is also extremely helpful in setting things up just how they work for you and provide great customer support. I love supporting a local business and taking good care of my pup at the same time.

She used to have an upset stomach all the time, always on vet very picky, and not enjoying her food. Believe me or not we have tried all the home food and dog food in the market and nothing suits her.
The time we switched to Furchild raw food, is really life-changing for her and for us too. No struggles during mealtime. The transition for her was a bit challenging in the beginning but it was worth it. Every meal for her is important! She gets too excited and has the happiest tail ever! Even her vet was so impressed by her progress and happy that we made a good choice.
They also have the best costumer service, always there with us.

Furchild has really improved my dog's health, my dog was born with a condition called "cow hocks" and it's only in her back legs and they are bent inwards and if she's not taken care of properly she won't be able to do all the normal things that other dogs do like swimming, jumping and landing on all fours and playing without feeling pain.
Therefore I always look for what's best for her because I want her to be able to live happy like other dogs.
And believe me, she was fed one of the absolute best brands of kibble her whole life in addition to having her exercise almost every day to make her legs get stronger but still, she couldn't swim properly nor jump or stand on her back legs but she started being able to play without pain but that wasn't good enough for me.
So I decided to switch to the raw meat diet from Furchild everything changed within may be less than a month, she put on some weight, her coat looks way shinier, not fussy with food anymore and most importantly she can swim and do tricks that involves her standing on her back legs only which she never ever was able to do.
If you really want your furbaby to be healthier and live longer and happy with you I advise you to go with Furchild pet nutrition. If you live in #dubai or anywhere in UAE at least give them a try your furbaby deserves it!

We switched from dry to raw after reading tons of Info as Eddie had constant stomach issues and will not keep the food all the time or had a very bad loose stomach making him not wanted to eat or being too active, as soon as we switch to Furchild he was another dog! Never going back! With our other Frenchie Kilo, we never have her on any other food type apart from Furchild and Vets always says that they are the two best-shaped Frenchies they have ever seen....so that's all it matters but on top of that we get a product that we love, is delivered to our house, we can always arrange to our needs, have choices of different meals, loads of other healthy treats in the website, pet care items and if we need it they are always there to advise. Thank you furchild! We won't know what to do when we move back to UK!
