When I first heard about raw feeding, I wasn’t convinced. All the talk about how it changes your dog’s poo, improves their health, and keeps them chewing for hours sounded a bit far-fetched. But after switching my dog, Nala, to Furchild, I’ve seen the benefits firsthand and it’s incredible.
Nala’s weight is much healthier now, and she’s noticeably happier. She doesn’t waste a single bite of food, and the raw chews, especially the Himalayan chew, keep her busy for hours. Her digestion has improved dramatically- her poo is firm, easy to clean up, and no longer runny. She’s also obsessed with the treats and fresh raw fish they provide.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team was there for every question I had during the transition (and there were plenty). I was sending photos, videos, and WhatsApp messages multiple times a day, and they were always responsive, patient, and helpful. Their attention to detail is more than 100%.
Furchild has made the entire process seamless, and the results with Nala have been amazing. If you’re considering raw feeding, I’d highly recommend them.

It's honestly been one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to my baby, Bruce.
The customer service has been exceptional—they've called me twice to check in on Bruce's transition to raw food and offered great advice on how to help him lose weight.
Bruce is a picky eater, so I was hesitant about switching his food, but Furchild has been so supportive throughout the process. The first meal was a bit challenging, but now Bruce eagerly asks for his food and really enjoys it.
I highly recommend Furchild to anyone looking for quality food and outstanding customer service! My baby is happy and thriving thanks to them.
(P.S. He doesn't like to be bothered during his meals!)

Before Furchild, Boris was on kibble, but he hated it. He’d wait until the last possible moment of the day to finish it, only because he realized there was no other option. Now? As soon as he sees me pull out his raw food from the fridge, he goes absolutely wild! I’m talking jumping on the counters type of reaction. That’s the kind of excitement you want from your pet, especially when you’re only feeding them twice a day.
TMI, but his poops are smaller now too and he doesn’t get sick as often.

Mikee, my dog, has always been one of the pickiest eaters. He’s never been a fan of wet food, but with Furchild, it’s been a game-changer from the start! Not only does he eagerly finish every meal, but he’s also a huge fan of the pink Himalayan chews and dried chicken treats.
The transition to Furchild’s raw food was so smooth, thanks to the amazing support from Chris and Alison, who provided all the guidance I needed. As someone new to raw feeding, their expertise and tips made all the difference.

I started with FurChild about a month and a half ago for my dog (pug) and my two cats ( Scottish Fold and Persian/Siberian mix).
My pug and the one cat have adjusted beautifully onto their new food and look forward to every meal. My other cat is not as happy about the change but generally he is super fussy so we knew it would be a bit of work.
I love how shiny their coats are looking and feel happy that they are now on a perfect balanced diet with all the nutrients they need! Their food toppers and extras they have, such as bone broth are an amazing bonus as well!!
Would definitely recommend Furchild for anyone!

I put her on a raw diet and let me tell you, I never thought I’d see her eat with enthusiasm again. We’re still at the start of our journey but I’m excited to see her gain healthy weight
Customer service is over the top. Stayed on a 30min phone call before purchasing to answer all my questions and educate me on how to handle the new diet and raw meat. Great recommendations and advices.

This is a long-time coming review (mainly because we've been planning to visit the shop and have yet to do so).
We've been on Furchild since 2022. DeeDee (thankfully) didn't have any skin issues or allergies, but she did have quite a soft stool (since we got her). The major difference that we have noticed, therefore, is the firmness of her stool. When it came to kibbles (pre-Furchild era), DeeDee was quite picky, she wouldn't want to eat a lot, she got bored of a taste quite quickly (we had to have 3 or 4 flavours at all times) and the aforementioned stool issue.
We slowly transitioned to Furchild, and she loved it from day 1. She starts eating her meal as soon as her meal is served (a huge difference compared to kibbles), and she is visibly enjoying the food. She also loves the seafood treats and enjoys throwing the chew stick in the air (haven't figured out why she isn't much into chewing it, she just likes throwing it).
All in all, we've had pleasant experiences with Furchild so far, and we always make sure we have plenty of treats stored.

I couldn't decide if I should put my kitten on a raw diet as a lot of people recommended DRY… which we all know, is the worst kind. Wet food is better than any dry food. I am very happy I went with my instincts and chose to put him on a raw diet. He has an amazing coat which I really love. I do not have any regrets and I'm happy I found furchild. ?

However, since commencing Furchild a few months ago, my dog has been happier than ever. Her allergies have ceased, and she has successfully reduced to a healthy weight.
She absolutely adores the food, and I only wish that I had tried Furchild earlier. The customer service is exceptionally personalized, and I never have to be concerned about anything!

I cannot thank you enough for the product I bought yesterday, the enzymes are fantastic they work for all of them. Our little kitten which was found in an Adnoc petrol station ate all kinds of wrong foods and the wet food was upsetting his stomach, after giving him a small amount of raw he was so happy and content that he did not walk us up for food and his bowl is perfect. We are several people using furchild products here at our residences so I will see if we could do some group orders. Thank you again we are 100% satisfied customers.

My cat absolutely loves it she didn't fuss about it. The treats are great too, so I would suggest u buy the starter kit, which they offer at a great price, and make sure to buy your pet some of the treats as well. You can also add a probiotic to it, but it's not a must. The staff are super helpful and will give you all the help you need on how to get your pet started on the raw food.

My Ruby is a 10-year-old cat that ate dry food most of her life. I transitioned her from dry to wet food a few months ago… she was a little overweight and lazy all the time, but I thought it was because she got old… until I recently changed her diet to raw food, all the things I noticed, were her hair doesn’t fall, she looks healthier and fitter, she plays and interacts. Her litter box doesn’t smell, I am so happy I chose Furchild for my baby’s diet.
I also have a 10-month-old kitten who ate wet food most of his life, but I’ve seen a BIG DIFFERENCE in his health as well, he was so much more active and gained a healthy weight because he was thin, and ate more raw than the wet food. I love my babies and I love Furchild, I am already telling all pet parents I know about it, my pet’s health is so worth it. Thank you.

We transitioned our dog Lenka to Furchild a few months ago and the difference has been huge! She used to pick at her food, sometimes eating everything and other times, hardly touching it. She’s a thin dog so every meal counts. She was on a hypoallergenic diet because of skin irritation to other foods. We tried Furchild hoping it would encourage her to eat every meal but were worried her skin wouldn’t agree with it. Thankfully, it’s been brilliant! Every meal disappears quickly, her coat is silky (bonus) and she’s put on the weight she’s needed for a long time!
