Before Furchild, finding food Mia enjoyed and that suited her delicate digestion and energy was tough and Furchild solved both!
Furchild's quality is clear – real meat, veggies, no fillers and the variety is fantastic.
Beyond taste, Mia's coat is glossy, her energy is great, and tummy troubles are gone. Our vet always comments on how healthy she is.
Their customer service is also outstanding – knowledgeable and caring and so genuine.
While a bit pricier, Furchild is worth every dirham for Mia's health and well-being. It's an investment, not just food.

Switched them to the raw food and they have been perfect ever since, no issues, no vet trips, their coat is incredible and they have honestly never been healthier and they also absolutely LOVE it! Wish I did it from day one!

Alison and Sharron have been a wealth of assistance and knowledge while I transitioned my large Bernedoodle Walter from kibble to raw. He was unfortunately not doing well on kibble with GI upset and IBD flare up's following a giardia and roundworm infection. Despite being free of parasites after successful treatment, Walter's stomach never settled. Both Alison and Sharon have been extremely patient while helping me transition Walter to raw, and support healthy gut function by introducing digestive enzymes and probiotics. It's been trial and error for the past 2-3 weeks however, we are finally on the right path. Can't thank them enough

She made the transition to raw food easy and followed up with us to see how it was going. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to switch your pet to raw food.

When I first heard about raw feeding, I wasn’t convinced. All the talk about how it changes your dog’s poo, improves their health, and keeps them chewing for hours sounded a bit far-fetched. But after switching my dog, Nala, to Furchild, I’ve seen the benefits firsthand and it’s incredible.
Nala’s weight is much healthier now, and she’s noticeably happier. She doesn’t waste a single bite of food, and the raw chews, especially the Himalayan chew, keep her busy for hours. Her digestion has improved dramatically- her poo is firm, easy to clean up, and no longer runny. She’s also obsessed with the treats and fresh raw fish they provide.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team was there for every question I had during the transition (and there were plenty). I was sending photos, videos, and WhatsApp messages multiple times a day, and they were always responsive, patient, and helpful. Their attention to detail is more than 100%.
Furchild has made the entire process seamless, and the results with Nala have been amazing. If you’re considering raw feeding, I’d highly recommend them.

We found Billy, or he found us, at the garage. His leg was obviously broken and he approached us and lay down. The rest is history ?. We took him to the vet, had surgery on his leg and took him home for 6 weeks of crate rest.
Although he healed up well he had diarrhoea which just wouldn’t go away. Nothing helped. That’s when we found Furchild and started him on raw chicken and beef.
He LOVED the food and the diarrhea disappeared, I’m definitely keeping him on raw food. This company is super friendly and efficient. And the cost is actually cheaper than wet/dry cat food. Give them a try. You won’t look back.

On the 4th call, a guy named Chris got in touch with me. He was absolutely amazing. He explained to me the benefits, the correct approach, the types of meal plans and foods appropriate for my cat, and he also told me about his own experiences which i really needed to hear because we related on that level and he pretty much covered all my concerns.
This type of support is extremely crucial for people like me and I work in Sales - This guy was darn GOOD. Yes, I’m looking for great solutions for my cat but HECK if chris wasn’t so good i probably would have not moved ahead!
If you’re looking for actual real support - Furchild is your go to! Insane support.
I’m yet to try out their meal plans but will be posting another review after testing it out with my cat for a month.

Before Furchild, Boris was on kibble, but he hated it. He’d wait until the last possible moment of the day to finish it, only because he realized there was no other option. Now? As soon as he sees me pull out his raw food from the fridge, he goes absolutely wild! I’m talking jumping on the counters type of reaction. That’s the kind of excitement you want from your pet, especially when you’re only feeding them twice a day.
TMI, but his poops are smaller now too and he doesn’t get sick as often.

She clearly really enjoys the food. And I have definitely noticed a difference, particularly when she goes to the bathroom of every bad smell which is great for an indoor cat! She also loves the treats that Furchild offers.
The customer service from Chris is amazing and he is very informative and clearly knows a lot about cats (and I’m sure dogs too!) So he gives me very helpful advice and ideas and they are also very attentive on the WhatsApp chat.

Now being on the chosen raw diet for a couple months now her digestion has become a lot healthier and more efficient, her fur is looking wonderful, and her energy levels are fantastic. At times I love to add a chicken neck for crunch, or some bone broth for extra nutrients and Furchild certainly has a wide range of toppers and treats to give your pet variety. As a side note, you can see the company truly wants the best for all pets and their customer service is outstanding- always warm and curious of your pets welfare. Keep going team, thank you!

This is a long-time coming review (mainly because we've been planning to visit the shop and have yet to do so).
We've been on Furchild since 2022. DeeDee (thankfully) didn't have any skin issues or allergies, but she did have quite a soft stool (since we got her). The major difference that we have noticed, therefore, is the firmness of her stool. When it came to kibbles (pre-Furchild era), DeeDee was quite picky, she wouldn't want to eat a lot, she got bored of a taste quite quickly (we had to have 3 or 4 flavours at all times) and the aforementioned stool issue.
We slowly transitioned to Furchild, and she loved it from day 1. She starts eating her meal as soon as her meal is served (a huge difference compared to kibbles), and she is visibly enjoying the food. She also loves the seafood treats and enjoys throwing the chew stick in the air (haven't figured out why she isn't much into chewing it, she just likes throwing it).
All in all, we've had pleasant experiences with Furchild so far, and we always make sure we have plenty of treats stored.

I couldn't decide if I should put my kitten on a raw diet as a lot of people recommended DRY… which we all know, is the worst kind. Wet food is better than any dry food. My French bulldog had been suffering from severe allergies for several years, and the only option provided by the veterinarian was steroids, which caused her to gain a significant amount of weight.
However, since commencing Furchild a few months ago, my dog has been happier than ever. Her allergies have ceased, and she has successfully reduced to a healthy weight.
She absolutely adores the food, and I only wish that I had tried Furchild earlier. The customer service is exceptionally personalized, and I never have to be concerned about anything!

Furchild is by far the best thing that has ever happened to my Frenchie. We struggled for more than 4 years with her feeding and were regularly going to the vet due to allergies - stone in the bladder - vomiting - blood in urine and the list goes on and on.
But the moment we discovered Furchild and got in touch with Sharon who is the owner and her fantastic team. Despite having thousands of customers request I am sure. Sharon spent more than 1 hour with me on the phone to explain to me all that she knows about a raw diet and what she thinks is the best protein for my pet. Since then I have never seen Lily as healthy, fit, and happy as she is now.

I cannot thank you enough for the product I bought yesterday, the enzymes are fantastic they work for all of them. Our little kitten which was found in an Adnoc petrol station ate all kinds of wrong foods and the wet food was upsetting his stomach, after giving him a small amount of raw he was so happy and content that he did not walk us up for food and his bowl is perfect. We are several people using furchild products here at our residences so I will see if we could do some group orders. Thank you again we are 100% satisfied customers.

Furchild raw diet has been excellent for my Miss Daisy. She is my 4-year-old English Cocker Spaniel with a very sensitive tummy. Daisy has been on a raw diet for several months now and the improvement in her coat condition and her daily toilet activity is so much better! She has managed to lose the extra weight she had gained and is now sitting on a perfect weight for her breed and age. I particularly love how convenient ordering Furchild meals is for Daisy. I regularly get a call or text from Chris and the team to check if I’d like to re-order for a further 2 months. They deliver to Sharjah with 1 day's notice and have accommodating hours of delivery too. Best of all is Miss Daisy loves the food and I know the quality is excellent!

My Ruby is a 10-year-old cat that ate dry food most of her life. I transitioned her from dry to wet food a few months ago… she was a little overweight and lazy all the time, but I thought it was because she got old… until I recently changed her diet to raw food, all the things I noticed, were her hair doesn’t fall, she looks healthier and fitter, she plays and interacts. Her litter box doesn’t smell, I am so happy I chose Furchild for my baby’s diet.
I also have a 10-month-old kitten who ate wet food most of his life, but I’ve seen a BIG DIFFERENCE in his health as well, he was so much more active and gained a healthy weight because he was thin, and ate more raw than the wet food. I love my babies and I love Furchild, I am already telling all pet parents I know about it, my pet’s health is so worth it. Thank you.

I honestly switched Sami's food three times for the first 3 months of having him longing to find the best diet for him. After our research, we are lucky to find Furchild Pet Nutrition. Sami started with their balanced Meals and he loved it. Me too, as a pet parent, I love Furchild because I can see that my dog is now living the healthiest life he deserves.
We are now adding other Furchild's products too like Toppers, Hydrators & Premium Treats which I am also using to make some nice and cute treats for him. I even use Furchild products in baking cupcakes!
