When I first heard about raw feeding, I wasn’t convinced. All the talk about how it changes your dog’s poo, improves their health, and keeps them chewing for hours sounded a bit far-fetched. But after switching my dog, Nala, to Furchild, I’ve seen the benefits firsthand and it’s incredible.
Nala’s weight is much healthier now, and she’s noticeably happier. She doesn’t waste a single bite of food, and the raw chews, especially the Himalayan chew, keep her busy for hours. Her digestion has improved dramatically- her poo is firm, easy to clean up, and no longer runny. She’s also obsessed with the treats and fresh raw fish they provide.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team was there for every question I had during the transition (and there were plenty). I was sending photos, videos, and WhatsApp messages multiple times a day, and they were always responsive, patient, and helpful. Their attention to detail is more than 100%.
Furchild has made the entire process seamless, and the results with Nala have been amazing. If you’re considering raw feeding, I’d highly recommend them.

I'm a huge proponent of raw feeding, and I've been doing so for many years. Nutritionally, Furchild is excellent, and I really like how much effort they put into guiding their customers. Top stuff.
My only gripe is the packaging. We should be able to peel off the film rather than have to use scissors, and the food should be easy to plop out vs have to be scooped out.

We found Billy, or he found us, at the garage. His leg was obviously broken and he approached us and lay down. The rest is history ?. We took him to the vet, had surgery on his leg and took him home for 6 weeks of crate rest.
Although he healed up well he had diarrhoea which just wouldn’t go away. Nothing helped. That’s when we found Furchild and started him on raw chicken and beef.
He LOVED the food and the diarrhea disappeared, I’m definitely keeping him on raw food. This company is super friendly and efficient. And the cost is actually cheaper than wet/dry cat food. Give them a try. You won’t look back.

They are both more active and social now with raw pet food, I didn’t realise how much I was making my cats struggle by feeding them dry food and bad food, but after speaking to Chris it was obvious that it was a no brainer.

I left an inquiry and got around 2-3 calls but everytime they’d call i’d be super busy.
On the 4th call, a guy named Chris got in touch with me. He was absolutely amazing. He explained to me the benefits, the correct approach, the types of meal plans and foods appropriate for my cat, and he also told me about his own experiences which i really needed to hear because we related on that level and he pretty much covered all my concerns.
This type of support is extremely crucial for people like me and I work in Sales - This guy was darn GOOD. Yes, I’m looking for great solutions for my cat but HECK if chris wasn’t so good i probably would have not moved ahead!
If you’re looking for actual real support - Furchild is your go to! Insane support.
I’m yet to try out their meal plans but will be posting another review after testing it out with my cat for a month.

It's honestly been one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to my baby, Bruce.
The customer service has been exceptional—they've called me twice to check in on Bruce's transition to raw food and offered great advice on how to help him lose weight.
Bruce is a picky eater, so I was hesitant about switching his food, but Furchild has been so supportive throughout the process. The first meal was a bit challenging, but now Bruce eagerly asks for his food and really enjoys it.
I highly recommend Furchild to anyone looking for quality food and outstanding customer service! My baby is happy and thriving thanks to them.
(P.S. He doesn't like to be bothered during his meals!)

Tula my Himalayan cat was the first to transition to a raw diet after she suffered with a serious liver problem. This was the best decision I ever made as she has absolutely thrived on her raw-fed diet, especially loving the organic beef and the freeze dried Green Lipped Mussels. Her coat is beautifully shiny and so soft.
Cali has only eaten a raw food diet after arriving in Dubai. Bichon Frise as a breed can be fussy dogs when it comes to meal times, but that definitely has never applied to Cali. We introduced a lick mat in an effort to slow down her eating but she still consumed her dinner in under a minute.
There are so many food options and healthy freeze dried treats available.
Definitely a favourite are the Himalayan dog chews, great for keeping her teeth clean and her occupied!
The customer support is excellent, any questions or concerns are immediately answered with excellent nutritional advice from all the team.
Ordering is so easy and scheduling delivery times made very simple.
It's really the best gift you could give your fur babies a healthy balanced nutritious diet.

So I enrolled on the Furchild meal plan, initially for Luna, she was diagnosed a bunch of allergies and the kibble basically contained most of it.
I found out about Furchild and decided to give it a try, I first had a small talk with a nutritionist where I explained all of Luna’s allergies and so they prepared a meal plan for her and ever since, she’s been a very healthy dog, except for a flu every now and then she’s never been ill really.
Later on, came Emma, my second dog and I immediately started feeding her furchild as well and same as with Luna, very strong and healthy dog.
Never encountered any inconveniences, whether it's the quality of the food or the delivery service, and they are always a call away, very easy to reach.

They first surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift for our Goldie, a box full of toys! And as soon as I opened the turkey package our puppy smashed it in no time!
Their customer service from the very beginning to the delivery of food is top-notch and the best in Dubai. They are not just customer-focused but are also knowledgeable and intelligent.
It is clear to me that owners are fully vested in the business and not cutting corners on the quality of meat, production and overall experience. It feels like they know and care for all of their customers and their pets and have high operating standards across the board.

Pia absolutely loves the raw food and she has been eating Furchild food since she came home with me.
She clearly really enjoys the food. And I have definitely noticed a difference, particularly when she goes to the bathroom of every bad smell which is great for an indoor cat! She also loves the treats that Furchild offers.
The customer service from Chris is amazing and he is very informative and clearly knows a lot about cats (and I’m sure dogs too!) So he gives me very helpful advice and ideas and they are also very attentive on the WhatsApp chat.
I would recommend Furchild to everyone! Thank you so much!

After a tough start to changing over (Miso was a bit sensitive) and with a lot of support from the Furchild team, we finally have a happy healthy Miso. Now being on the chosen raw diet for a couple months now her digestion has become a lot healthier and more efficient, her fur is looking wonderful, and her energy levels are fantastic. At times I love to add a chicken neck for crunch, or some bone broth for extra nutrients and Furchild certainly has a wide range of toppers and treats to give your pet variety. As a side note, you can see the company truly wants the best for all pets and their customer service is outstanding- always warm and curious of your pets welfare. Keep going team, thank you!

The delivery service and storage of the food couldn’t be easier, it is hassle-free. My French bulldog had been suffering from severe allergies for several years, and the only option provided by the veterinarian was steroids, which caused her to gain a significant amount of weight.
However, since commencing Furchild a few months ago, my dog has been happier than ever. Her allergies have ceased, and she has successfully reduced to a healthy weight.
She absolutely adores the food, and I only wish that I had tried Furchild earlier. The customer service is exceptionally personalized, and I never have to be concerned about anything!

My boy Oro was 2 months old when we brought him home. He was on a wet food (with gravy) diet and we started noticing hair loss and lack of lustre of his coat.
So we shifted to a raw meal diet with the guidance of experts from Furchild and it was one of the best decisions ever. Also, we started on their frozen chicken necks and bone marrow for his dental hygiene.
Now he gets regularly complimented for his coat and teeth and my beautiful baby boy is at his happiest !!!
