I began feeding my puppy Luna a raw diet from Furchild when she turned 8 weeks old. Initially, I was quite skeptical about switching to raw food, especially for such a young pup. But I took a leap of faith—and I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for her health and well-being.
At her 6-month check-up, the vet confirmed that Luna is growing beautifully, which was incredibly reassuring and made me a proud dog mom. I have been feeding my dog for the last year from Furchild, and i can assure you we haven’t visited the vet for this full year except for vaccinations, these meals are really tailored to keep your dog healthy and they have an amazing new packaging which made feeding easier than dry food even, I have a small Shitzu so I ask for the small pack and the feeding portion is exactly what he needs as a daily meal, customer service is on point, this team is truly passionate about dogs well being they are not here for profit, they will even offer you cheaper products as it is better for your dog. So in the end i will never feed my dog anything else, and will recommend it to everyone I know who owns a dog or a cat.

Recently switched both my senior dog and cat with their raw Starter Kit meals and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. The quality is amazing and I love how they focus on educating the community about raw feeding. Their customer service is also top-notch. Chris and Alison were super helpful, gave me a lot of tips when my cat was hesitant to try the food and kept checking in to make sure both my pets were doing okay. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of searching to try and find some good quality food in the pet stores but I was never 100% happy with what I found. So I turned to do some research into a raw food diet and found Furchild. Their customer service has been amazing, they have answered all my questions (and I had a LOT), they supported me taking it really slow when transitioning our rescue kitty onto their raw food diet and they offered amazing tips (which worked) when we hit a wall with one of the proteins. Our little girl is doing amazingly on her new diet, her coat is AMAZING and she has lots of energy to play. We've had no issues with her toileting through the transition, in fact it's improved, especially her water intake. So far we've tried the freeze dried treats which she loves and also bone broth ice cubes, another BIG hit. The support from Chris has made the whole journey so smooth and we are so so happy with our choice. We look forward to trying our little girl on some new proteins when our next order arrives later today!!

Our vet even complimented how healthy he looks now compared to before.
A bonus is he’s always excited for meals now too which wasn’t the case when we were feeding him dry and wet food.

I started feeding my dogs Furchild just over a month ago, and I honestly wish I had found them sooner! The difference in both of my dogs has been amazing.
My 13-year-old girl Layla was struggling with movement and she gets tired easily on walks, but since switching her to Furchild, I’ve seen such a beautiful change in her energy, mobility, and overall happiness. She even gets excited at mealtime now, which is something I hadn’t seen in a long time.
My younger dog Blanco, who’s 5 years old, has also been thriving. His energy levels are up, his digestion is better, and his coat is noticeably shinier and softer. He’s absolutely obsessed with the food and the treats especially the green lipped mussels and any of the necks. Honestly, the whole range is a hit with both of them.
I can’t thank Furchild enough for the quality and care they put into their food and service. It’s made such a positive impact on both my dogs’ lives, and I feel so much better knowing I’m giving them the best nutrition possible. Highly, highly recommend!

He indulged in treats and boiled chicken and ignored his dry food. His stomach became too sensitive, watery stool sometimes and became moreeee picky about his food.
After having the Chicken with Organic Veggies raw food from Furchild from their starter pack, all these things change in a blink of an eye!

The quality of their food is even better than I expected. Since switching to their raw meals, my Bengal’s fur has become muuchh softer and shinier (in contrast to his brothers, who I went to visit recently and are on a different diet). It’s also a complete and balanced meal, so I never have to worry about whether he’s getting all the nutrients he needs. No hassle of grinding meat or adding supplements—it’s all taken care of for me :)
I also love the variety they offer. From raw fish to freeze-dried bones, broths, and their complete meal options, they have everything I could possibly want for my baby in ONE place (!) and they are adding to their selection very frequently so it’s nice to try new things.

Furchild's quality is clear – real meat, veggies, no fillers and the variety is fantastic.
Beyond taste, Mia's coat is glossy, her energy is great, and tummy troubles are gone. Our vet always comments on how healthy she is.

Switched them to the raw food and they have been perfect ever since, no issues, no vet trips, their coat is incredible and they have honestly never been healthier and they also absolutely LOVE it! I moved over to Dubai with my spaniel (Lulu) a month ago now. Back in the UK she has always been fed Paleoridge raw or Southcliffe, one of my worries was I wouldn't find a raw food that was as good of a quality however after some research we found FURCHILD. I went into the shop and the lady that served us at reception was so knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. A couple of days ago I messaged for a very last minute ask for delivery and the team went above and beyond to deliver the next morning . Lulu loves FURCHILD and I can honestly say she won't be fed on anything else now. Raw food has been the best thing for Lulu with improved dental health, improved digestion , better quality skin and coat, reduced stool volume and odor and last but not least she LOVES it. Thankyou to your wonderful team !!!

He was unfortunately not doing well on kibble with GI upset and IBD flare up's following a giardia and roundworm infection. Despite being free of parasites after successful treatment, Walter's stomach never settled. Both Alison and Sharon have been extremely patient while helping me transition Walter to raw, and support healthy gut function by introducing digestive enzymes and probiotics. It's been trial and error for the past 2-3 weeks however, we are finally on the right path. Can't thank them enough

His digestive system has improved a lot, he has a lot more energy and the quality of his coat improved too. Furchild is an excellent brand. Sharon is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She made the transition to raw food easy and followed up with us to see how it was going. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to switch your pet to raw food.

When I first heard about raw feeding, I wasn’t convinced. All the talk about how it changes your dog’s poo, improves their health, and keeps them chewing for hours sounded a bit far-fetched. But after switching my dog, Nala, to Furchild, I’ve seen the benefits firsthand and it’s incredible.
Nala’s weight is much healthier now, and she’s noticeably happier. She doesn’t waste a single bite of food, and the raw chews, especially the Himalayan chew, keep her busy for hours. Her digestion has improved dramatically- her poo is firm, easy to clean up, and no longer runny. She’s also obsessed with the treats and fresh raw fish they provide.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team was there for every question I had during the transition (and there were plenty). I was sending photos, videos, and WhatsApp messages multiple times a day, and they were always responsive, patient, and helpful. Their attention to detail is more than 100%.
Furchild has made the entire process seamless, and the results with Nala have been amazing. If you’re considering raw feeding, I’d highly recommend them.

My only gripe is the packaging. We should be able to peel off the film rather than have to use scissors, and the food should be easy to plop out vs have to be scooped out.

I discovered FURCHILD in October when my vet suggested feeding our new rescue cat, Billy, raw food.
We found Billy, or he found us, at the garage. His leg was obviously broken and he approached us and lay down. The rest is history ?. We took him to the vet, had surgery on his leg and took him home for 6 weeks of crate rest.
Although he healed up well he had diarrhoea which just wouldn’t go away. Nothing helped. That’s when we found Furchild and started him on raw chicken and beef.
He LOVED the food and the diarrhea disappeared, I’m definitely keeping him on raw food. This company is super friendly and efficient. And the cost is actually cheaper than wet/dry cat food. Give them a try. You won’t look back.

We have been using Furchild’s raw diet for Buddy for over a year and he loves it.
It comes completely frozen in useable blocks so we only defrost what we need at the time, you can see the high quality of the meat when you open it. We brown ours very lightly for Buddy as he prefers it that way and but that’s purely a personal preference.
He is much healthier for such a great diet and we would highly recommend Furchild to anyone - his favourite is the lamb treats!

They are both more active and social now with raw pet food, I didn’t realise how much I was making my cats struggle by feeding them dry food and bad food, but after speaking to Chris it was obvious that it was a no brainer.
