Feeding Guidelines: Place a Mackerel (or piece of Mackerel) onto your dog or cat's food to add some extra flavour and nutritional benefits. They can also be used as a delicious healthy training treat.
Handling Guidelines: Some raw food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness to you or the animals you are feeding if mishandled. For your protection follow these instructions:
- Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw fish in the refrigerator or you can feed frozen.
- Keep raw fish, meat, and poultry separate from other foods. Washing working utensils, hands, and any other items that touch or into contact with raw meat, seafood or poultry.
- Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them. After opening use within 48 hours.
Always supervise your pet with raw bones and chews.
