Furchild e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• The e-Gift Card can be used through Furchild online store, www.furchildpets.com, and at Furchild HQ, Al Quoz 3 in the UAE. Not applicable for stockists and events.
• The e-Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash.
• The e-Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero.
• The e-Gift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up.
• The e-Gift Card remains the property of Furchild Food Stuff Supply LLC. UAE and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.
• As the e-Gift Card is transferable, Furchild will not be responsible for checking the ownership of the e-Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
• All e-Gift Cards purchased have a validity period of one (1) year from the date of sending the e-Gift Card to the recipient.
• Furchild is unable to replace the amount on card(s) if it lost, or the passcode is misused. Misuse of the lost/stolen cards will be the responsibility of the card owner. Furchild will not entertain any claims in this respect.
• Refund of merchandise purchased with the e-Gift Card will be in the form of a returned credited amount. The expiry date remains unaffected. Refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted on frozen items/products.
• Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
• Furchild reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the e-Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion.
• Furchild decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of the e-Gift Card shall be final and binding on the purchaser and all users and no correspondence will be entertained.
