This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from My Company (change this) (the “Physical Goods”). What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, My Company (change this) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What will we do to correct problems? My Company (change this) will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from My Company (change this) is 180 days (change this) from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days (change this) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:? conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
What Can be Returned?
Unfortunately not everything you purchase from us can be returned for the simple fact that we sell high quality, frozen meals and food items that we must ensure maintain the health and safety standards found in all our deliveries.
Frozen Raw Meals for Dogs and Cats arrive at your door in a special delivery pack that ensures that the “Cold Chain” of the product(s) has not been broken throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.
A cold chain is a temperature-controlled supply chain. An unbroken cold chain is an uninterrupted series of storage and distribution activities which maintain a given temperature range. It is used to help extend and ensure the shelf life of products such as fresh agricultural produce, seafood, frozen food, photographic film, chemicals, and pharmaceutical drugs. Such products, during transport and when in transient storage, are called cool cargo. Unlike other goods or merchandise, cold chain goods are perishable and always en route towards end-use or destination, even when held temporarily in cold stores and hence commonly referred to as cargo during its entire logistics cycle.
Raw Meat is vulnerable to temperature changes and therefore once the product is delivered there is no way for us to be able to guarantee the health and safety of Dog and Cat Raw Meal recipes.
That said, we do not accept any returns of Raw Meal recipes nor do we accept the return of any food products frozen, dried, fresh, etc… are perishable and cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must send us an email within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. One of your team will contact you shortly afterward.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
These items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. The difference in price will not be paid back in cash.
